Kathleen O. | Only problem was that one of the cabachons I ordered was broken. The shipping box had no damage. I had ordered a lot of cabachons and they were stuffed into one little bag. I think this is what caused the breakage. I called customer service and they gave me two options; I chose to keep the cabachon and get an $11.00 gift certificate. Customer service (Debbie and Pam) were very helpful and got back to me very quickly. Thank you very much. Kathleen Martin |
