Prefer Z. | This visit was fine but am unhappy with shipping of last several orders. These last several orders had shipping delays. This will make 4 outstanding orders. My last 3 orders have not left the warehouse. I called Friday, 26th, and customer service rep was "checking with warehouse and will call me back in a few minutes". She has yet to call! I did have 2 or 3 orders that shipped timely but all orders prior to those had shipping issues. The last order that was actually shipped, which took 5 to 6 days to do so, customer service rep, Debbie, went above and beyond what she had to do. I would like to send letter of appreciation to her but don't know her last name or address of where to send. Until I am more confident, I will continue to let other artists know the horrible shipping issues I've experienced when questioned about where I shop for jewelry supplies. |
