Gwynette D. I had a problem making my order because I missed something. I talked with Debbie T in customer service online. She knew the problem right away and didn't make me feel stupid for missing what I did. When I got my order I was not please with the quality. I received a call the next day.She had gone through many cabs to find 2 like in the picture. I kept the ones I had and payed the same price for the 2 she found and she didn't charge me for shipping again. I have had few problems but each time the customer service agent (Most times Debbie T.) is awesome and takes care of things very well.
