I have to say this was the first bad experience that I've had with this site. The product I receive was perfect; it was exactly what I ordered. The only problem was the shipping time. I requested 2-3 day shipping because I needed the wire relatively soon so I could complete a jewelry order. Since I ordered on a weekend, I figured it would take a few extra days before my order would be processed. It did ship in 3 days, but it took a full week (excluding weekends, otherwise it was 12 days from ordering to delivery) before my order was even sent out. Other than that minor issue, the product I received was great, as were all my other past purchases. I will definitely continue to buy from them.
