Stepped aluminum mandrel securely mounts on a steel base and easily rotates 360 degrees. The smooth round steps allow you to precisely size rings when wax working or using metal clay. Mandrel is clearly marked with sizes 4 to 13 and can be removed from the stand for handheld use. 13 total length.
