Unique 3 step design allows for 3 loop sizes, box joint, used for making small curls, chain links, etc. Stainless steel concave jaw also known as coupling pliers and used by model train enthusiasts. It did not matter that I got free shipping on my order, I still paid shipping on the "free" Intro to Wire Sculture DVD. Also, there was no mention that the Intro to Wire Sculture DVD was included in the Complete Beginner Series, which I ordered. Other than that, it was very good.

I've been ordering from Wire Sculpture for quite a while now and mostly I have been satisfied with their service and products. I did, however, order something that never came.It was marked as having been in the order when it shipped. When I talked to them about it,they said it had been back ordered and they would send it along when it was available.I never did receive my product although I have seen it available on the website.
