Aahhh, there is nothing like a bead show on a Sunday morning to get the creativity flowing. I took this delicious picture of beads, with permission from the vendor, of course, as inspiration for this project.
The glimmer of the strands, the cold feel of chunky beads, and the sparkling colors against jeweler's lights create a beautiful mix of shape and texture.

Bright green strands, shades of pink, and multi-colored knotted threads all add to the eye candy of every bead show.

This multi-colored dyed shell necklace is finished with a handmade wire "S" clasp.

Using 20-gauge rose gold half-hard wire, round nose pliers, wire cutters, and a hammer, this simple fastener is crafted quickly.

The beads are drilled to slightly stack upon each other, creating a layered look different from straight bead stringing.

With greens, pinks, yellows, and blues, this necklace makes a vibrant statement for winter travels.
