Color Inspiration - Silver Holiday Tree

Holiday decorating is sometimes more than handmade, or sentimental ornaments for the tree. Sometimes over-the-top is just what's needed!
This evergreen stands in the hallway of a large office building.

The joy came from the round silver balls weaving their way around the tree.

These sparkling orbs inspired the airy silver ball of wire I imagined.

Using a coil of 12-gauge soft round wire, I wrapped this orb-like ornament by gently coaxing the wire to curve around itself with my thumbs and hands.

A simple "S" hook made from contrasting wire creates a unique, easy ornament.

You can customize this design by adding beads or charms around and through it. Mix different wire colors or combine them for variety.
