Jane I. Yesterday the site kept crashing on me and I got frustrated and gave up. As soon as I got home from work today I ordered and didn't have a problem. I also noticed it said I was $500.00 away from my club membership but I have already received 2 orders from wire scupture so I don't know why that dollar amount didn't show up.
Raye X. Originally I placed an order that came in broken up with no explanation....so it was confusing. I called and spoke with Debbie she confirmed the order and explained that in fact the order was split up in addition there were items that I needed to print my self. No links had been sent previously but Debbie did the double time and made sure I got them in addition she answered all of my questions and made sure I had the info I needed to complete my order. She is to be commended for her hard work and efforts to help me. The day after I spoke with her the remainder of my order arrived and is currently set up on my work table! love, love, love it!!!!!
