Benita F. I placed three different order from three different companies on the same day and around the same time. All three were jewelry supply companies. It took wire-sculpture.com over a week longer to get my order to me than the other two and when I inquired about it I received what seemed like a "standard" response. Once I received the order it was exactly as ordered, packaged fairly well and as far as I can tell (before I start working with the materials) of quality materials but the shipping and customer service were lacking. I may or may not order from them again.

jennifer A. One of the Wubber Pliers are very difficult to move. I will have to work with them this weekend to see if it is going to be a real issue or if they just need to be used and have been sitting for too long. The other pairs all move very easily and I am pleased. I am sorry to see it appears to handles are not being made as well as they were a few years ago. If your company can pass that along to the manufacture, we the consumer will be happy to keep up our purchases. Thanks.
