Pull the Silver Knob at the End of the Pliers and Let Go of the Pliers. Let This Special Tool Do All the Work! When the Twisting Stops, Grab Hold of the Pliers and Release the Knob. Repeat For Desired Effect. When Finished Squeeze the Plier Handles Again to Unlock the Jaws.
