Here are the dimensions of the jaws:
Small: Plier jaws measure 3mm square and 5mm square. The length of each jaw is 34mm.

Prefer E. This visit was fine but am unhappy with shipping of last several orders. These last several orders had shipping delays. This will make 4 outstanding orders. My last 3 orders have not left the warehouse. I called Friday, 26th, and customer service rep was "checking with warehouse and will call me back in a few minutes". She has yet to call! I did have 2 or 3 orders that shipped timely but all orders prior to those had shipping issues. The last order that was actually shipped, which took 5 to 6 days to do so, customer service rep, Debbie, went above and beyond what she had to do. I would like to send letter of appreciation to her but don't know her last name or address of where to send. Until I am more confident, I will continue to let other artists know the horrible shipping issues I've experienced when questioned about where I shop for jewelry supplies.
