Terri N. A pain to have to constantly login after putting computer down for a few minutes. Also, have been very dissatisfied with shipping times. Every order I have placed to date, I've had to call to check status when not shipped after a week or more has passed. Am used to companies that ship within a couple of days, as wirejewelry policy does indicate will be done. I keep telling myself to give one more chance but am getting close to giving up. Indicating "follow up" does no good. Have yet to be called!
