kelly C. The beading prices were too high, strings too short. Findings limited. Limited stones and limited settings. The limited product offering is still a star knock off, maybe more. I understand your need to have quality suppliers. I understand delays or waiting for hand crafted stones and beads. But you are a business which should have multiple suppliers built up to be able to meet your consumer needs. It is bad business practice to depend on a limited number of suppliers. You have to get tough as well about quality the suppliers kick out or you find someone else who can meet your quality needs and product bottom costs. In my opinion, if you advertise supplies for making jewelry then have beads, stones settings etc offering. You have wire, you have tools but you do not have basic supplies beads findings or settings. You should if you advertise it. Its disappointing because I do like the store.
