Bernardette M. Shopping is great but your warehouse and shipping promptly is very poor. You need to do some changes to improve the shipping department. A rush order should be shipped on time. Another thing is if you charge a credit card the order should be shipped not take the money and let the order sit. If the order is back ordered an email should be sent to let the customer know.
