Description

Ronda Stevens Aegean Sterling Cuff

You will learn to solder sterling silver wire with silver paste solder and create this very unique Aegean inspired cuff bracelet. You will work on angles to get the proper fit and strong solder joints. You will then embellish the finished piece by adding texture if desired. This bracelet can be left plain or can be embellished with beads or additional wire.

Supplies needed:

  • 2 feet 10 gauge half round dead soft Sterling silver wire for a cuff that fits a 6.5" wrist
  • 3" of 16 gauge round dead soft Sterling silver wire to make jump rings
  • Silver paste solder
  • Optional 8" of 26 gauge round dead soft Sterling silver wire.
  • Optional beads of choice
  • Burnishing liquid, sparex
  • Tape
  • An apron is recommended to protect your clothes
  • Standard pliers
  • cutter
  • torches
  • bricks
  • tumbler
  • flex shaft
  • pickle pot
  • Any other necessary soldering tools
