Jeff B. Overall, the process was ok. The shipping tracking capabilities leave a lot to be desired - a shipping label was created fully 5 days before the order actually shipped and for that interim period - I learned nothing. The estimated delivery date was off by 2 business days which is good (order got here earlier that expected). But those days w/o any tracking information are frustrating.
