Stephanie I. I love a great deal, and I shop around, especially when it comes to jewelry making supplies! I have to say, you guys have the most reasonable (read:remarkable)prices, and you have the most options, given how you set up the pricing of your goods, for people to decide how much they need, how much extra they want, etc. I got the gift card, and have to believe it is not a scam, as everything else was done with such professional conduct. Should there, however, be an issue with anything in my cart, like a set of free wire cutters that were put there when I signed up for free patterns (the same time I was offered the discounted gift card) and there was 21g square half round half hard wire in there that was free, but I freaked out because I thought I did something wrong, so I got rid of it, but looking back, if it is supposed to be there (I have to believe you put it there because it looked the same as all your other items, except that where a number should have been after price, it said $0.00. I thought it was a huge mistake, and wanted to get my order asap, but now, looking back, I think it was supposed to be in there. If that's the case, can you please put it back? If not, I totally understand, and still want my order. Either way, I want the order, and am ok with you sending it with or without the 21g square half round half hard, though, of course, my preference is with the item. Thank you for being such a professional, moral, and polite company, in a time when so many companies skimp on customer service to save a dime, companies like yours are a breath of fresh air, and allow one to remember the good things in life!
