Lori T. It was pretty easy, except for the "I'm not a robot" error. I had to call customer service to get instructions because that was off to the side instead of being visible.
Kenna G. I find the shipping costs are high, at least higher than the other sites I use. This has been a deterrent in the past and I have cancelled some orders because of it. I did like the customer service I received however when I had to return an item. When there is a sale it is usually a good one and I have bought some sales items at excellent prices. However, overall, I find the regular prices to be higher than average.
